How To Get Rid Of Open Boil Under The Stomach?

i have an open boil under my stomach and it is draining stinky pus like substance for the last few days. It opened a week ago and lots of black brown horrible smelling solid matter similar to a blackhead came out. It is much smaller now and not painful just smells bad and keeps draining. What should I do?
