How To Get Rid Of Open Pores Permanently?

i am a 34 year old male.I had been using honey moisturiser for last two months in a hot climate and now after one day of using cucumber face pack,i have developed open pores on nose and cheeks.I never used a face pack before and also never had open pores before.How do i get rid of these open pores permanently or will they clear by itself.
