How To Get Rid Of Pain Caused After Removing Cyst?

Hello, I just had a cyst removed on my upper back, ( a little to to left of center ), the Tylenol that he gave me is not geting rid of the pain. The size was about the same as a golf ball leaving a nice size hole in my back. Can I ask for any thing stronger??
