How To Get Rid Of Pain In My Head As My Friend Pulled My Hair Very Hard?

A friend and I were playing around and he accidentally pulled my hair very hard. That was 5 days ago, my scalp is sore which is not any big deal BUT I have getting these very sharp pains in head around the spot where my hair was pulled. The pain is intermittent but VERY sharp.
