How To Get Rid Of Pain In My Lower Abdomen And Vagina?

I have a history of cyst n have had two kids via c sections. Iabout an hr ago maybe two I under went the most excruciating pain n my back and front lower abdomin!went n lade n the bath tube didn't hel! Lauded down on the couch and felt like I needed to pass gas n had a bunch of fluid come out vaginally it was clear n smelled funny. Took a pain med n still n alot of pain! Plus my vaginal area is hurting n throbbing
