How To Get Rid Of Painful Bumps?

I got a Brazilian wax about two weeks ago and I m still experiencing really painful bumps. They re white and inflamed with puss. I ve tried not wearing tight clothes. I use hydrocortisone and do a hot compress daily. Some have gone away and others have appeared. What should I do?
