How To Get Rid Of Painful Pimples On Face?

am a lady aged 34 years and 82 kg sometimes pimples appear on my face and they are very painful , they have no pus, my face is not smooth am chocolate in color. currently am applying nadoxin and benzoyl peroxide which i applied last year and it did not work out. please advise on how to take care of my face i want a clean smooth face
