How To Get Rid Of Patches Of Small Red Dots On Legs?

I have bruises everywhere that just show up out of the blue and like every week i notice i get patches of small red dots on my upper leg or on my arms. If someone even so much as pokes me with a lil pressure it automatically bruises within an hour or so. Can someone tell me if i should be worried or if this is normal?
