How To Get Rid Of Pigmentation On Face?

hello doc, I am 48 years old. recently I got pigmentation on my face. visited so many doctors but still it does not solve my problem .I am so depressed and sad. It almost a year . I am so worried that this pigmentation will not clear from my face. Please help me doc. Thanks
