How To Get Rid Of Pimples On Face?

i am 29 years old3 years back i had chicken pox which left with many marks. i got 4 chemical peels done. during the treatment i had small pimples which had no pus, dr prescribed me acutret 10mg for ten days, after having it i got big pimples on my face. i use faceclin creme for pimples but it has no effect on big pimples. pl help
