How To Get Rid Of Pimples On Penis?

Hii doctor.. I got small pearly lik pimples on my penis.. it formes a whit rings of small pearly like pimples which are non itchy and is not painfull but I got it 4 months back and it still exists.. I am sexually active and married.. I am 24 years of age.. what should I do..should I use sopramycin??
