How To Get Rid Of Pin Prick Problem All Over The Body?

hello doctor.i am 30 old lady.i have pin prick problem all over the body since 8 months.i am really worried how to get rid of from this problem. my thyroid test blood urne evrything s normal. i feel its not due to allergy.but here at my place doctors doubt it may be due to allergy.please suggest me how to ditch from dis problem doctor.m waiting for ur suggestion
