How To Get Rid Of Pink Spot On Forehead?

I burnt my forehead with a curling iron about 9 days ago, and the it stopped hurting the day after but left a brown spot (scab) and about 4 days ago the scab peeled off leaving a pink spot which stands out alot since I'm tan.....Is that pink spot going to be there forever or will it heal in time??
