How To Get Rid Of Pityriasis Rosea?

looks like from every thing i have looked up i have been suffering with pityriasis rosea for over 3 yrs now, ever since i got pregnant with my 1st child.. im a 24 yr woman
it was very mild at first..a few spots on my arm and under my chest right on my bra line..now its all across my chest every where the rim of my bra touchs and on the insides of both thighs all the way from top to knees.. it does not itch but seems to get darker in the sun like more of a red then the brownish pink it normaly stays...im medium to fair skin toned...how do i get rid of it and stop the spreading..it doesnt itch at all
