How To Get Rid Of Pubic Lice?

I have been experiencing itchy ness in my scrotum for past few weeks. Today when I saved all my pubic hair I found lices ( crab shaped) on it. I killed as many as I could but I could see more under my skin. What has happened to me and what needs to be done . I am scared.
