How To Get Rid Of Pus Discharge From Rash On Face?

I have a rash that started out as a pimple on my face I thought and now it s spread it has a crust over the infected area like a granola and about the same color when I shower or peel it off it leeks clear puss I have infected my new born w it Hers isn t as severe please help
