How To Get Rid Of Rash On Arms, Wrist And Hand?

I have a rash on both of my arms. On the left side its on the inside of the wrist on the right only on the back of the hand. the rash is bump like is not painful nor itchy. I have tried OTC cortisone creams with no results. What other treatments should I hbe trying
