How To Get Rid Of Rash On Shoulder?

my daughter has a small square [ quarter inch by quarter inch] place on her shoulder that is risen like a rash. it appears like multiple insect bites but with no actual bite marks.........like a rash instead of a bite. can you help ? thanks, concerned parent
