How To Get Rid Of Rashes And Darkness On Face?

Hi, i am 21yr old airhostess in domestic airline of india i on leave for 2months due some health prob.my face has darken 3-4shade than my original complexion n y my fore-head gets peeled n my chicks get at times rashes.i hardly comes in contact with sun.i dont use any cosmetic except a anti-tan sunscreen of lotus.i am very much worried as i need to join work again.please help me out
