How To Get Rid Of Rashes/itchiness All Over The Face?

i used skin lite cream for 8 months first it was quiet good for my skin and it enhances my skin glow. later i got tiny balls or rashes followed by redness and then forms pus in it. if i went out in sunlight i get itching on it and the rashes spreads all over my face. pls give me remedy for this. if so i will be be really greatfull to you.
