How To Get Rid Of Rashes On Armpit During Pregnancy?

hi im pregnant and i suddenly have these rashes in my armpit and it s spreading red,scaly and is turning my skin into dark spots after i scratch them due to itchiness. was prescribed an antihistamine by my doc but 3days on it and still the rash is getting bad.what do i do?
