How To Get Rid Of Recurring Nasal Congestion?

Hi..

My nose gets blocked completely the unusual part is i dont have a cold or flu then i use the nasal spray and i can breathe again it does this for 2-3 times day.

its been like this for a month now its summer and quite hot and i drink a lot of water as well

please help
