How To Get Rid Of Recurring Nevus Of Ota On Face?

I have a nevus of ota on my face. It has been removed twice by laser in the last year and a half. It seems to be coming back again. Should I have a laser treatment again or is their a fading cream I should use. I developed this at about the age of 60. I am a white Caucasian of French and German descent.
