How To Get Rid Of Red Bump On The Butt Cheek?

it started off smaller and over the month it has gotten bigger.. its a red bump on my butt cheek. its kinda hard in the inside and softer on the outside. i tried squeezing it several times and nothing comes out its just very sore. i tried soaking in hot water and that doesnt help. it hurts alot when i touch the bump and the surrounding areas. what could this be ?
