How To Get Rid Of Red Bump On The Penile Shaft?

I have a red bump on my shaft it's a little under and to the right almost to the side and it hurts...and I squeeze it but it's like a tiny tiny dot of pus that comes out and I have not had sex or anything what use to be there was a tiny bump but it was the color of my skin and when I press on it it's like a tiny speck of rock and kind of sharp but now it's red and kind of big please help thank you
