How To Get Rid Of Red Bumps On My Head?

Hi I have 2 questions, I have little red bumps on my head and they really hurt and everytime I brush my hair and go over one I feel like screaming! My next question is, I have a really bad itch in my private areas, I dont know what it is and by looking at an article it said I do that Because I have Herpes. But Im to young to have herpes, Im only 11 years old. Thank you and please help me I really want to go back to normal for the scholl year. And no embarrasing momets
