How To Get Rid Of Red Line And Blisters On Skin?

i do not know what is wrong with me i have woken up to look in a miror ad see a big red line and puss filled blisters on top of this line , my mom said i burned my self because i left the laptop on all night but ow my arm stings alot more now and the red line is still there but where the blisters were are now small white dots

please help
