How To Get Rid Of Red Patch On The Side Of Penis Head?

I had balanitis about year ago, and recently in last 6-8 months I have had a small shiny red patch on side of my penis head that is really sore to touch.The skin looks as though it has tore away and possibly still might further.I have been prescribed dermovate cream, aqueous cream and it did almost clear up. But recently it has come back again even though im still using the creams. Im really worried what shall i do?
