How To Get Rid Of Red Rash On Face?

Good Evening, I have for around 6 months had a red rash on my face where the skin doent seem to heal around the bottom of my nose and under my eyes. The doctors have advised its an infection and have twice given me 2 different creams to try and heal the skin back to normal but nothing seems to work. How can I get rid of it?
