How To Get Rid Of Red Rash On Upper Legs?

I used veet hair remover on my legs. I think I left it on a little too long. It was the sensitive skin formula. I now have a red angry rash on both of my upper legs. How can I treat this? I used Neosporin last night. I have straight aloe Vera juice. Should I use that or destin cream. My legs are hot but the rash is only on a portion of my legs.
