How To Get Rid Of Red Spots All Over The Legs?

hello sir, i m suffering from kind of skin problem. I have many red spots all over specially on legs. I m facing itching at all over the body. i have used CALADRYL lotion ,it relaxed me for few days but again i m having itching a lot. Please suggest me what to do? thanks
