How To Get Rid Of Red Spots On My Head?

hi thank you very much on my body i keep getting red spots with yellow head i had couple of them on my each leg and today i have one on each arm they just slowly start getting ithy and red theen yeloow head appears and after that it starts to go down and leave a black mark on skin please help
