How To Get Rid Of Scar Growing On Hole Of Tongue Piercing?

i got my tongue pierced september 11. now for about 2 weeks i believe a tissue ball or scar grew on the bottom hole of the piercing. its not filled with puss and it doesnt hurt me. its just unpleasant to look at and i wanted to know if its serious and how to get rid of it.
