How To Get Rid Of Scar Tissue Above And Below Belly Button?

Hi I am 38 and i had a tickle lipo on may26/2011 and i have 02 hard lumps above and below my bellybutton and they r little sore and 5 days after the procedure i had a bruise , the doctor told me is only an scar tissue but i am concerned that it won't go away. What should I do?
