How To Get Rid Of Scars?

i just need to know what will take scars away...the scars are from razors from when i self harmed...i got 30 stitches in one arm and 33 in the other...there are various scars that are not keloid but one step under. what can i do to get rid of them that DOESNT involve surgery? the 33 stitches i got in january and 30 in september
