How To Get Rid Of Severe Dry,chapped And Swollen Lips?

This is my 3rd on bactrim ds and I have severe dry chapped and swollen lips along with vaginal discomfort. I have taken this antibiotic several times before and it has never bothered me. Also, I have a very dry mouth and have absolutly no taste at all. I have drank lots of water as well. What is causing this, and should I stop taking it?
