How To Get Rid Of Severe Headache?

hello there, im 28, 10.5 stone, 5ft 10 male. having a lot of pressure headaches, dizzyness (sometimes heavy when driving) generally feeling weak and had 1 panic attack this year already. i do suffer from plaque psoriasis on main joints - and i have red spots on thighs which at first i though was psoriasis but am now starting to wonder if anything different. i do also get the occasional discharge too - any help grately appreciated!!
