How To Get Rid Of Severe Rashes In My Armpits?

Hi, I came back from maldives with a severe rash under my armpits and i went to the doctor and he prescribed me with hydrozole. after using it for 2 days, the rash was even worse with a hot burning sensation. am i allergic to this medecine or is it normal?
