How To Get Rid Of Small Black Spots Like Dots On Face?

Hey I noticed some small black spots more like tiny dots appearing on my face, I'm scared they may turn into large moles or blackhead. What can I possibly do to get rid of this? Is this serious? Or can get serious?
Also, I'm fighting with acne, how to get rid and prevent further damage?
