How To Get Rid Of Smelly Vaginal Secretion?

Two days ago i went swimming in a lake in China. I now have vaginal secretion that is clean and smelly and it leaks a lot. I will be in china for another month. I really don't trust the sanitation here in china. Is there anything i can do to get rid of it or hold it off till i get back in the States?
