How To Get Rid Of Sores On Legs, Shoulders And Elbow?

I have weird sores that are appears on my body in random areas. For an example my first sores was on my right leg. & it didnt have a head on the sores. it was red and swollen and had a temp to it. I left it alone and then 2 weeks later they were gone but I noticed they were on my shoulder on my right side and one on my left elbow and now they are going away I noticed this morning I have one on my left side on my face near my eye and nose.
