How To Get Rid Of Spinal Headache Started After C-section Delivery?

I have gone through C-sec for delivery. After getting discharge from hospital I have started getting spinal headache while sitting and walking. Also I feel vomiting throughout the day. Please suggest what should I do to get rid of spinal headache. I am drinking around 4 ltrs of water and 4 times black coffee daily..but still headache is not coming down.
