How To Get Rid Of Spot On Inner Thigh?

I have noticed in just two days I have developed some sort of spot on my inner thigh. to the touch its like a normal pimple you would have on your face that hang fully developed.
Its quite a hard spot, and I've had a a warm bath. Do you think of I used savalon would it help it?
