How To Get Rid Of Stretch Marks On Breasts?

Ok well I pinched my breasts when I was younger due to stress, but now they have what looks like stretch marks, but they are actually like scars, but they kinda cave in, it's hard to explain but I really what them to go away so I don't have to hide them anymore, please help!!!
