How To Get Rid Of Sunburn Like Rashes On Neck And Shoulders?

I have a rash on my neck and shoulder that looks like a sunburn. I've been using epiduo gel for the past month for the acne on my shoulders and back but the rash is in a place that I wasn't applying the gel. Any suggestions on how to get rid of the rash?
