How To Get Rid Of Swelling And Bruises In My Left Feet?

I had an angioplasty in November with two stents inserted into my heart. I have been taking plavex (75 mg), aspirin, Apo-Atorvastatin (80 mg) and Ramipril (2.5 mg) since the surgery. I was always active as a runner and work out daily. I have experienced no problems other than I bruise easily until now. Yesterday, after a 4 mile run I noticed that I have bruising and swelling on my left foot (with almost no pain) and it looks like it might be happening on my right foot. Can you tell me if this is a result of my workouts or something else. I am traveling and not close to home. Can I wait a few days to see my doctor?
