How To Get Rid Of Swelling And Painful Pimple On My Cheek?

I have a spot pop up on my cheek below my eye yesterday morning. I thought it was a pimple at first, but by afternoon it was larger and red. This morning it was 3x the size and now its burning and swollen and EXTREMELY painful. The only relief I get is ffrom a cold compress. Any idea what this could be
