How To Get Rid Of The Burn Like Marks On The Face Caused By An Allergy?

Hi, I had allergy symptom from taking Aleeve medicine. It happened 3 times before I realized Aleeve is the Culprit. My lips were swollen and there were red swollen patches on my face. I took Benadryl and it helped. But the allergy left bad Cigarette bud burning like marks on my face. Please advice how to get rid of these marks/scars from the face? Thanks in advance, Sanj
