How To Get Rid Of The Cyst In The Armpits?

i have a cyst in each of my armpits, they are both aout 5cm in diameter, they have both popped and will not stop producing puss. the one on my left is an open wound and very ocassionally bleeds, the wound is about 8mm long im 15 5ft3, around 9.5 stone, have a good medical history and too nervous to tell my parents about it
