How To Get Rid Of The Dent In The Forehead After An Injury?

My daughter fell down from on top the sofa, and hit her forehead really bad. I carried her to the hospital and the doctor told me not to worry, that the swollen area will go down and she will be fine. It has been 2 months since that and I have notice that she has a dent on where she had the injury, so I am affraid that the dent wil never go away. She is to beautiful to have that in her forehead , will it ever go away? By the way she is only 18 months.
